Career Management phpnuke module

This is a separate module that has been developed which can be added to the phpnuke
project scripts. This phpnuke module focuses on career management ie. it is like a job site. So a person who
logs in can register here either as a recruiter or Job seeker. A recruiter is the person who
is employed in a company and who wishes to advertise for some job vacancy in his company on
our site. The job seeker may be any user who wishes to seek a job.
In the case of a Job seeker he is allowed to post or store a max. of 3 resumes, 3 other
documents which he feels neccessary, 3 covering letters and his Photo on our site. Other than this
he can create an online profile which will be selection criteria for the recruiters. There are
various options by which you can browse through the jobs eg, by location, salary, industry, etc.
You can also have a personalised criteria by which you will receive emails alerts of the jobs
satisfying your criteria. You have a bookmark feature where in you can mark a company as bookmark
and you will be able to see all the jobs of that company. The company directory gives a split up
of the various companies under different Industries and in the company profile you will be able
to see the various details of the selected company and thier jobs offered.There are other features
such as you can apply for any job on the site by sending your profile online through the email.
In the case of a recruiter he will be able to post new jobs and edit jobs. which will be
displayed in the site for a max of 60 days if not specified and the deactivated. The recruiter can
activate it if required. There is a Search candidates option which searches all job seekers for
people who satisfy their conditions. This phpnuke module gives various statistics such as the no of hits, jobs posted,
etc..
