The membership contact records are to be stored in database.
The records in the database are to be used to generate an email mailing list based on criteria we set at the time (e.g. everyone with a specified zip code, or everyone who checked that their most interested in children’s portraiture for example). The data fields could be automatically inserted into email (e.g. Hi “Chris sag”, we are announcing a new promotion that you will probably be interested in for your family etc)

The agent module for the representatives to submit and view their contacts …each representative will have their own private page (login with password). They will also be able to submit contact records, and view a listing of all contacts they have submitted to date along with the credits they have accummulated. The contact records they submit are added to a central database. This database has a web page that all reps can access (but not accessible by other users) that shows statistics (such as a bar graph) for who the leading rep is for the week or month,etc. (read more by clicking on title)
