This project was done using C# csharp and it is the multiple file uploader activex application.

This activex application helps to uploaded unlimited number of files to a windows server using asp or asp.net as the backend.

Users can choose to upload entire directories, filter files as per file extensions. While uploading the files, a neat file upload progress bar appears.

Large files can be uploaded using this C# activex application. Browser timeout will not occur during upload.

Once a user chooses a directory and filters by the extension, those files are shown in a neat thumbnail fashion with a checkbox next to each file. The user can choose which files to upload and once he clicks on the upload button the upload process starts.

This windows application can be configured to use a proxy server. This feature is very useful when uploading files over the network.

A quick and elegant installer was also created using NSIS opensource windows installer.
