We completed this php mysql flash project using action scripting.
Using flash actionscripting the data is passed to the mysql database through php.

The admin panel consist of a control panel where the admin can add/upload files under different categories.

The admin can mark the files and set permissions for the users. The user can access the files based on his/her access permissions.

The admin can also set permissions group wise.

User functions:

The users can register or login using a neat flash interface.
The data entered in the flash interface is Posted to the php mysql web scripts using excellent actionscripts.

Once a user registers and logs in he/she can view the partcular files which are assigned to them. A user without access permissions to a particular file cannot even view them in their interface.

The listing of files and also the download of files are done using a neat flash actionscript file downloader script created by us.
