We customized the vtiger to add custom functions to the contact module. This module can track each of your customer contacts based on various metrics like what promotions the contacts responded to ? or how many have responded etc.

vtiger is a complex customer management system and our custom vtiger module adds to the already existing functions of vtiger giving you greater granularity in controlling your promotions.

This module will facilitate setting up of customized auto responders to all the contacts present in your list based on their responses.

Different categories of promotions can be entered from our customized control panel which resides on top of the vtiger contacts module
